  1. Look to the rear of the factory head unit…you should see one single wire plug (orange). This is the Amp power wire. Splice this wire onto the power wire (RED) of your aftermarket head unit to engage the built in amp. You should now have sound. This is for the Bose system w/CD Player & steering wheel controls.

  2. i have o 1998 bonneville w bose cd and the player dosent work anymore so ive found used pont cd delco from 1997 grand am, so the plug has different colors for the speakers, my original plug has 1 black 1 dark blue for the rear. then 2 light green and tan,dark green for the front. The used grand am wich is identical to mine has the same speaker wiring you have shown. do you have any info on my colors?
