Hey, you all got it exactly right. And, I can tell you know what you’re doing. I have a question that I’m not sure if even y’all can answer but, I need to know what the pin connectors inside the 2003 factory tracker radio, what each one is. Then I can hook it up to my 1998 tracker. See, what I’m doing is simply trying to figure out what to do to install a 2003 factory chevy tracker radio with the built in cd player to my 1998 chevy tracker. My tracker’s wiring and connectors are the factory’s the exact way it was in 1998. All I did was take out the radio and tried to plug in this 2003 factory tracker radio. It has a single cd player built into it but the unit is the same size as the 98’s unit so it fits right in but the back of the 2003’s unit’s plug insert is a little diff so the 98’s plug doesn’t fit into it. Any help is greatly appreciated and whatever I have to buy i will! Thanks lot, Marc C.
