Didn’t match my 2005 Express Passenger Van. Found the following diagram to be correct:
Note these vehicles don’t have switched accessory wires, they have data wires instead. You will need an adapter to convert that to accessory.

Radio Data Wire: Orange
Radio Ground Wire: Black/White
Left Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): Dark Blue
Left Front Speaker Negative Wire (-): Light Blue
Right Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): Orange
Right Front Speaker Negative Wire (-): Dark Green
Left Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Tan
Left Rear Speaker Negative Wire (-): White
Right Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Tan

Yes tan and orange are duplicated. I had to apply a test signal to figure out which was which.
